Jewellery Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds on jewellery. However, we are happy to exchange your item for another of equal value within 14 days of the sale. Please note that jewellery that has been personalised, worn, altered, or resized is not eligible for exchange.

Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our fine jewellery and offer a 6-month warranty. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover wear and tear or negligence.

Faulty/Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email or Instagram DM us photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for issues reported after this timeframe. Additionally, pieces showing any signs of wear will not be refunded. Upon receiving your returned item, our jeweller will inspect it to ensure it is in unworn condition.

Colour Variations:
The colour of our products may vary slightly from the photographs due to different lighting conditions. This does not entitle you to a return or refund.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will only be processed for items that are defective or damaged if reported within 48 hours of receipt.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Contact our team through Instagram DM or email for approval of exchange. 

  2. Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.

  3. Customer Responsibility: The cost of sending the item back is the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Return Postage: We will cover the cost of return postage.
